Fill this out in the form:
A) SUBJECT! set it to "Advertisement Application"
1. What kind of things do you upload onto your site?
2. When do you usually update your website? (ex. 1-2 times a week?)
3. Button URL. (or state if you want me to go choose one, and tell me where to go.) Rule 1: Your button must be around 88 x 31 pixels!
4. Rule 2: advertise me back somewhere where my button is visible to most of the traffic that goes through your website. (ex. Homepage.) So tell me where you'll advertise me. That's about it...
